Depends on the actual cocktail game.

As for JAMMA harnesses, the economy JAMMA harness from Bob Roberts has all the wires necessary (and a few that aren't). He also has switchers, buttons, etc if you need them...

You will see JAMMA harnesses for around $10, these (Japanese) are not high quality. The cheap ones have wires soldered to the pins in the connector and I have had issues with cold soldier on brand new ones. Also, rather than having multiple power wires (12v, +5v, -5v, Ground) the cheap harness have ONE wire soldered to several pins on the connector (Not good). The only plus, they typically come with spade connectors attached for the controls. But the spade connectors are cheap.

The higher quality ones, like Bob Roberts sells ($25), have wires crimped to the pins in the connector and have no spade connectors for the controls (bare wires - you provide connectors). The power is supplied by seperate wires, one wire for one pin on the connector (Good). Also, Bob's harness is labeled on the connector for each wire.
