Got this in. Everything works on it, and the ball does shoot, jusy not strong enough to get it into the game. Tried calling Coastal and they never returned my call for tech support.

Has anyone ever owned one of these? What would cause the ball no to be shot strong enough into the "pachinco" playfield?

Thanks!
-Mike

I have owned one and still service one.
First Coastal will probably not return your call they mostly deal with distributors.
I have found all of the parts that I need through Betson Enterprises.
Here is a parts breakdown available through Coastal.

Here is a link for Betson and some Ghost catcher parts.

While you are in the game with the front door open look in the bottom right side.
If you see something that looks like gold/brass flake check your shooter gear as well as the shooter spring assembly.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for the info...

the shooter spring needed more power, so I addressed that. Now the ball cup opto is flakey, so I just ordered a new one from Betson. That should clear it up when I get my part from Betson in the year 2014 :)

Thanks!

I hear you! Once waited 4 weeks for Wacky Gator decals and ended up canceling that part of the order.
Sent you a PM as well. Let me know
