closing a thread where it is not needed

really surprised that mclemore would close a thread that had no threats or bad language i felt it was a thread that was slowing dying out anyways just seemed like an odd place to insert moderation. i wonder if it were anyone else who started the thread if it would have had the same end
 
You know, I've come to accept that there is no rhyme or reason to the moderation around here, it's all just pretty willy nilly. The mods basically just subjectively go about deleting here and there where they feel a whim to do so.

Had it happen yesterday...matter of fact. It's his forum though, so it is what it is. I don't think he has it out for you or anything, he's just a bit puritanical in what he thinks is out of line.

I had received a few pm about it. I also posted that if any of the principals had any concerns about it to pm me. I'm surprised you didn't want it closed since you were griping about people not seeing things your way...

the big concern was what might come, and the thread had already played its course...
