Cleveland Arcade Auction 8-27-11

Oh I am so f*cking there. I remember CCME when they were in Collinwood. I had them fix and DBA on my bar juke and they lost it. Really they lost it. Their last service manager wasn't too swift and now he works for Schaffer Industries. I'll be cheking out the pins.

i was thinking about this.. would you guys think its worth coming from chicago???

Shoot if it was another day I'd say if it was worth it I'd split gas and head east with you.

Looks like some decent stuff, but the nicest items are long gone. I know of two local guys that pulled the real gems out of there already. I did hear that the Xevious is like brand new possibly even n.o.s.
I'll probably make the trip. hopefully they have some good parts.

Do they typically sell a bunch of parts at these auctions?

So, what happened. I wanted to buy the Xevious but I was with my family for the day. I looked at the results and there was no sale price next to it. But the Joust before it was $1100!!! Prices looked like they were all over the place. It was an auction to buy a Beachhead 2000/2002 HUD. They all were going for $200 or less. Were they working?

Where did you find the results from the auction? I was sent to New Jersey for the storm and couldn't go. :-*(

If you are registered with them, you log on and go to the auction listing. It shows the results with selling price. Not all items have sales prices because some were lots where the buyer got the option to buy one or all at the winning bid.

I'm pretty sure Xevious went for $800, it had 27 plays on it. There was also a n.o.s. street smart( $200ish) with a dead monitor and p.o.w.($300) in dynamo cabs.

Deals were to be had especially near the end.

Rush 2049 SE (-monitor) for $225!!!
CURSES! That'll teach me to take vacation!
cheers
/Tim

Yep, I know who bought it, and I will end up with it :) Although, it's an upright, not quite as cool as the sitdown version, IMO.

I also heard that a working Rush The Rock Alcatraz Edition sold for $100.00

:001_sconfused:

Can someone please post the prices the games went for? I can't seem to get the my online account to work. It keeps asking me to enter a state and won't go any further.

Semi off topic, and a bit of a bump, but the games here weren't the ones listed on the Family Entertainment Group website, are they? I want one of the games they have listed (though it's from 2010, last update) and I hope it didn't sell at auction already...
