I was trying to think and I do know of one. It's at a pizza place here in town. It's a Ms Pac cocktail. It's been there as far back as I can remember. at least since 84-85 I played it a lot when I was a kid. They also had a spy hunter sit down/cockpit in there forever but it's gone now. I tried to buy the Ms Pac off of the owner a few months back but he would absolutely not sell it at any price. He said it was his dads and it was sentimental. It's beat (not as bad as that Galaga though) but a couple new CPOs an underlay and some cleanin' and she'd be good to go. I'll try to snap a pic or two the next time I'm down there.

I don't have any pics and haven't been there in about a year so I'm not sure if its still there but theres a Fun-O-Rama arcade in the Mall of Americas in Miami and as far as classics there they had a Gyruss,Galaga 88,Centipede,Ms. Pacman, Afterburner cockpit all dedicated and also about 7 pins {can't remember the pins except a MM}.
also a skating rink called Super Wheels in Kendall they had a dedicated Pacmania,Galaga 88,Outrun. I ask them if they would be interested in selling them and they said no

Jesus Christ that Galaga is bad. I can't believe any business would leave that pile of shit sitting right out front....next to what appears to be another pile of shit. They don't even clean the damn thing it appears?

Kingsgate resort in Williamsburg has a nice couple of arcades with some good classics mixed in.

A shame it's a time share resort though...

I have pics at home, I'll have to dig them up soon.

I believe Flippers down at the beach has several mixed in as well, but it has been over a year since I've been there.

Went to the drive in last night. For classics they had a sit down pole position and a cocktail Ms pacman. There was also an old candy machine that had the pull levers and a flintstones car ride.

There were a few newer games madden football, Sit down race driving (yellow one), Time crisis (don't remember which version), a claw machine, T2 Judgement day, and some other monster truck sit down. I can't forget the pins A F-14 tomcat and a Goldeneye.

The Cinema Saver ($2 theater) in Endicott (near Binghamton), NY has some games that look like they have been there since the 80's. Most of them are non operating tho.

Ok, I only know of one and I am not sure of the status of it at this point since I haven't visited since 2007. The Skylon Tower in Ontario (Canada) has quite a few games that have been there since the game has been released. I know for a fact the sit on hang-on that is there has been there since 1985. There are a few others too like Afterburner, Space harrier, G-LOC and a Galaxy Force Super Deluxe. All are cockpits. They have been there since the games have been released. I think the oldest one there is Hang On.

Unfortunately the border is closed now unless you have a passport or enhanced drivers license neither of which I can afford at this point, so I am unable to go visit the location since I live in the US.

Those games are on the rocks though, if they develop problems that make them un-fixable they will probably be thrown in the back room and then eventually be thrown out when they decide to clean the place (hopefully that doesn't happen).

I don't think anyone is going to bother to move those cockpits out of there though, they are extremely big and heavy, so as long as they don't die in a very bad way, they should still be operating. There is enough space down there to keep the games without having newer games push them out. If the Skylon decides to remove the arcade or do something else with that huge basement then I have no idea what will happen to them.

As far as something older from before 85 I cannot think of anything that has been in the same place since it was first delivered to the location. It doesn't help that a lot of businesses from the 80s aren't here anymore. We have a couple route operators here (the ops have been here since the 80s) so things get shuffled around quite a bit, so its doubtful that one game would remain in the same place for more than 20 years.

There's a bar on the North Shore in Minnesota that still has a functioning Pac-Man cabaret to this day. I know it's been up there 20+ years. The owner keeps it unplugged when not in use. I'm hoping to play it in the coming week when we're up there on vacation!
