Needs repair, not sure whats wrong. Great show piece for any collector room. Classic game. Three other game machines available as well. Cosmic Avenger $75, Midway Omega Race $75, Kid Niki Radical Ninja $75. Trying to upload pics now

not mine, fighting desire to jump in car and drive 100 miles...

Good luck Ohio KLOVers

Id be all over it if I was in town!

To whoever gets this - If you want to flip the DK or Cosmic let me know!!!

I suck at Donkey Kong but would still jump at this chance if it was closer.

He must have sold them in just a few minutes, I sent him an email right when I saw this, no response.

I had to love the post, there's a garage sale somewhere in a suburb of Cincinnati, no address, no phone number.

I'm going to try and get it. We'll see if it works out. What really sucks is I was in Cincinnati Wednesday. Oh well. $100 plus $100 in gas is still a good deal.

Pics

I was wanting the Omega Race and would have looked at the others. I emailed him and got a pic of each of them and all the cabs looked in great shape.

The guy was:

Sellers'contact info removed...

So, if somone gets these, remember me for the Omega. :)

I picked them up..so please leave the poor seller alone. He was very nice and just wanted space for other things. I left the kid niki there...so it may still be available.

The Donkey Kong and Cosmic are in excellent shape and look fantastic. The Omega race looks amazing from the coin box up, but has serious water damage and flaking on the bottom 3 inches of the cab.

I'm going to keep these and just add to my collection. I'm not interested in selling.

Here are some pics. I'll add more to the link once I get the games unloaded.

I removed the sellers contact info from the thread. I really liked the Omega Race from the pics the seller sent me. I guess I was not seeing the water damage as I was impressed with the top of it.

Congratulations on getting them!

Thanks! I really only had intentions of getting the omega, but when I saw the other two, I could not resist. What I find really interesting is that all three games are from 1981 - a fantastic year for games in my opinion.

I actually got a call from the guy as I emailed within 20min of the post. Was going to go get one or more at lunch time. I'm actually glad you got them - none of them are on my approved grail list. I would've had some 'splainin' to do!

Congrats on the pickups!

None of the games are working as expectec:

Donkey Kong has no power coming out of primary transformer.

Cosmic Avenger - Monitor comes up with colored blocks and sound is an escalating type buzz (sounds like a sound effect), but game does not play. Looks like a PCB issue.

Omega Race plays blind. Monitor has a nice glow to it. This game looks absolutely beautiful turned on.

I've updated the picasa link with a few more images: http://tinyurl.com/omegacinti

Thanks JJ. The DK needed the 300MA fuse and came right up, but def needs monitor work. Game plays fine though. I got the cosmic working last night - its such a beautiful game. It just needed the EEPROMS reseated and cleaned up a bit. I'm excited about all of these games. I love the early 80's games! :)

It's my favorite of the bunch. I worked on the PCB last night and got it to fire up. I degaussed the screen this morning before work. It looks amazing.
