My latest project is a nice looking original street fighter unit. However, it came with two different locks and the keys only fit the top door. Does anyone have some advice as to how I can open one of those circular locks without something short of drilling it out?

Try Googling the "cylinder lock ball-point pen" trick...might be worth a shot.

If you can get inside the machine you can often disassemble the other locks - either remove the latch or unscrew the entire lock and remove it from the door. Barring that, the bic pen trick as mentioned above might work, or you could call a locksmith. They have special pick sets for cylindrical locks.

That might be a problem...there doesn't look like there's a way to get in from the back. That's the first thing that I tried. the box has guards over the bolts so its impossible to get to it from behind.

You can buy tubular lick picking sets. You will need to know if it is 7 or 8 pin lock. I have both ordered. Waiting for the 8 pin to come in. I am going to pay about 140 shipped to me I think is what it was.

Hope this helps
