Cinematronics Data Power Power Supply Issue ***RESOLVED***

Having a hard time trying to get the power working on Star Castle. Not familiar with this power supply and haven't found too much info on it. The issue is that I'm not getting power to the board (tested with MM, diode doesn't light on the board). Replaced all transistors on the supply board, including the bottle cap on the frame. Pulled and checked all diodes and they are good. On the transformer (this supply has the isolation and power on the same block), I get 6.3 VAC across lugs 13 and 14. Aside from that, I can't tell how to read the rest of the lugs as there are no voltage labels (not sure which is 0) and nothing obvious to me in the schematics.

My guess is that I measure across lugs 7 and 8 and 8 and 9, and I should get around 5VAC, correct? When I did this, I got 10.6 VAC for both.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

that supply is called a folated ground
remove power supply plug (header to board) then measure the ac of 7/8/9
8=ct
7-8 =5v ac
8-9=5v ac
7-9 gives u 10 volts ac
plug in the power supply board
refernce your ground to the arrow tag (below) the 12v reg

Okay, so I did manage to do it right, that's good. On the bad side, I got double for all those readings (with the board disconnected):

7-8: 10.6
8-9: 10.6
7-9: 21.2

I'm wondering if maybe the 110/220 selector switches may be bad. Would that cause my readings to be doubled for all those? 13-14 read normal, so I'm not sure.

Those voltages from the transformer look good to me.
The most common failure point on those supplies is the voltage regulator IC.
Check that you have ~5.7VDC on pin 10 of Z2
If it's not there, put in a new LM723 voltage regulator

So they should be double the 5 VAC? Already been looking up Z2s on ebay. I'll get a couple and let you know. Thanks!
