rejuvinator
I have B&K and it works great. Take a few minutes and remove the Tester from the case by removing the 4 feet. Go over the solder joints on the board inside alot of times they become cold do to the bouncing around. I have also had to clean the buttons and rotary switches with contact cleaner.
Clean the tube off and the neck area with a soft paint brush and a rag for the neck board dirt. You can then see the red glow easier.
I like to discharge the tubes priore to testing/rejuvinating. Just slip a screw driver under the anode cap with a clip lead to ground. I donot reove the anode cap.
Never have the game plugged in.
One thing I have found is that you can repair alot of the guns by just using the clean/balance function.
allways recheck your cut off voltages as they will rise as you rejuve each gun and need to be readjusted so you get an acurate reading.
If you have to use the Rejuvinate side then you will most likely have to use the clean/balance after words.
I have had to clean the pins on the tube. I use a scotch brite pad and if needed some small stripps of OO sand paper worked like you were put n a shine on a shoe with a rag.
After the Tube has been rejuvinated and most likely a cap kit installed. You get to sit down and readjust the Guns and Drivers on the neck board, most likely they have been turned up/down as time has gone by. Along with the Contrast Brightnes and Screen.
A good rule to remeber is: If there is to much of One Color not only might that color be turned up to High.
And/OR the other 2 Colors are set to LOW, and are allowing the First Color to Dominate the screen.
I pre spray pot cleaner on the pots and turn them back and forth on the neck board and let it dry a bit.
Good Luck
