Got an email back on a craigslist ad I responded to days ago and ended up picking these up for next to nothing.

The two uprights are quite salvageable (the flash was not kind to them). The Time Soldiers even works (terrible monitor though). The touchmaster works as well. The Roadblasters even came with a spare control panel.

I left behind a complete Pole Position, a Defender with cloak and dagger sideart and control panel (and nothing inside) and a converted gutted Donkey Kong cabinet that also had nothing inside. I didn't want another Pole Position and the guy wanted way too much for the gutted cabinets. In fact he wanted more for each gutted cabinet than I paid him in total for the three complete games I got from him.

If I lived by you I would high five you on these grabs! Roadblasters and Time Soldiers are too good.

I think I used to play Time Soldiers on console too. If I remember right, it was on my Model 1 Genesis with that Master System attachment. Great fun. It's even better with arcade controls.

Nice pickup those look pretty good for being next to nothing. ^^ Roadblasters is always a fun time. :)

Time Soldiers was my favorite game as a kid. I re-bought a Master System in circa 2000 just for that game. I also have the PCB hanging in my arcade.

Time Soldiers was indeed the primary reason I answered the craigslist ad in the first place. The game looks like a first class turd right now, but all the art bits are essentially unharmed (I have the bezel too), so I should be able to polish that turd to a fairly high shine!
