WOOHOO!
I got a care package box last week from a forum member and 2 boxes today from an eBay auction I won. This morning I got to tear into all of 'em.
I have a lot of parts boards now with a great amount of 68xx series chips, a Fluke 9010A (WITH serial port), and 8 pods - 4 working and 4 for repair.
Working pods: Z80, 6800, 6802/6808, 8080
Pods to repair: 80188, 68000, and 2x 8041/8048
Now I just need to fix the 68k pod and pick up 6809 and 8085 pods to have just about all the pods I'd need for arcade work.
YAY!
I'm waiting on another seller to get back to me about a BIN auction I proposed. If that works out, I'll have the 8085 pod and a 9900 pod soon.
The 9900 will be for the old TI-99/4 and 4a systems. I can't think of any arcade systems that used the 9900 CPU (although there are some variants of that CPU such as the 9980 and 9995 that were used) but I can think of games that used the 8085. (Phoenix, Falcon, and Pleiads come to mind quickly.)
