Pacman DOES IT with monsters?!? That was seriously on a kids sticker?

You are referring to this sticker? Yes I had that!

its like a trip down memory lane... I remember that cereal like it was yesterday. Funny how that stuff was sooooo cool when you were a kid. I also had C3PO's cereal... How easily we were amused as kids

Seriously, I loved those Pac-Man & Donkey Kong rub off cards, I was just a stupid piece of cardboard, but it was awesome!!!

I wonder if kids these days would love them.

now jon, why did you not like DK instead of DKJR? was the taste that noticable? or was it just different character shaped cereal?

...

Donkey Kong was something like Capn Crunch w/o any berries.
Donkey Kong JR was Berries with Banana's!!!! Fruity explosion in your mouth! :)

Jon

Man, I loved the Pac-man cereal. I had forgotten all about that stuff. I don't think they sold the DK cereal around here. I did have one of these Pac-man plush puppets though:

I won some Donkey Kong shoe laces from the DK cereal. I wish I still had them. Didn't care for the cereal though, they cut the hell out of the roof of your mouth.

they were totally different cereals. DK was basically cap n crunch and Jr was more like trix.

BTW love the reference in this thread to smurf berry crunch. I still think it's one of the best cereals ever made. For those who don't remember it it was basically berry berry kix which is now no longer available on my coast unless I ship it from the East. Man there used to be a brewery in my area that made a beer that tasted just like it but they stopped making it.

I loved the Pac-Man scratch off games! There were also Ms.Pac and Super Pac themed cards as well. (but no Baby Pac, Pac Plus, or Professor Pac... which would have been odd anyway)

I should look for some of those and put them in a frame on the wall of the game room!

Kyle

I have several unopened packs of the cards/stickers. The stick of gum is just as stale as the day it left the factory :)
