I recently bought a Golden Tee complete from Jeff and Diane and was very impressed.
I drove down to see the game at their place, and ended up yapping with Jeff for about an hour and half while leaving the girlfriend in the car the whole time (oops).
We made the deal and they were great trying to work around my schedule, the MGC, and some strange times my arcades location has.
The day before it was to arrive the chasis went on the monitor. After looking to get it repaired, Jeff made a trip to Wells to get a new one.
He and Diane delivered the game, and in doing so this wasn't a simple task.
We had to take off my back door, move a sizable concrete block, and after we got it halfway into the door take off the marquee (Damn lying ass tape-measure).
After we got the game in, Jeff helped walk me through drilling out a lock I had no key for (My primal rage can now have new buttons), and hooked me up with enough locks to finish my remaining games that needed them(they all worked perfectly btw). Was nice to Bs with him and Diane as well.
It was nice finally having the timing line up as after we made the deal. I can't tell you how excited I was to have the game finally arrive it was like looking at that X-Mas present under the tree on December 22nd.
Been super stoked to play it. Despite the difficulties, that cropped up, Arcade Adventures came through in everyway!
Getting the beast in wasn't the easiest task, it wasn't exactly warm out, we had to take a game apart, take an industrial door off at the hinges, and this was no small game either. All of this and not a single complaint. In my business I teach all of my employees to go the extra mile. I demand it out of them. I am hyper critical of customer service and Jeff and Diane went above and beyond my expectations, that is about the highest compliment I can give.
So Jeff, Diane Thank You! The only downfall I had was not enough sleep the next day, being up and in my store until 3AM playing Golden Tee!
