I recently bought an Exidy Chiller but haven't picked it up yet. I dont believe it had the manual with it. I was wondering if anyone had a copy or knew where to find one. A quick google search came up empty.

might be here. Not sure as I didn't open the zipped file so do not know what's in it. For most of the info you might need you should be able to look at the manual for a different exidy 440 game such as Cheyenne. I know the manual for that is at www.crazykong.com . Basically wiring, power supply and most (possibly all) components on the board will be the same. I'm sure it's possible that different 440 games use a different number of eproms or something like that but probably 95% of them are the exact same components.

Let me get this straight. You recently purchased a CHILLER and have yet to pick it up. Why the hell not....Has your truck been stolen, broke down, and/or lit afire. Has your dog caught the clap. Did the wheels fall off your dolly. I mean this is Chiller were talking about. Get off your ass and go get it right now before an airplane falls out of the sky and lands on building its in.

I'm not saying its the greatest game to ever grace the gaming world, but it may be one of the biggest cult games. Cult meaning that it has a cult following and not that its a required piece of furniture if your going to start a Cult.... :)

Ok, the story is, I stopped by a place before work that i have bought a few games from. I have had my eye on the Chiller for a while and also a Mortal Kombat. Previously the guy had told me I could put money down and they would hold games until I paid them off. I figured I would just have enough to hold them and be paying a while, not expecting to buy anything that day. I asked what he wanted for the Chiller and he gave me a great deal so I bought it but it is quite a big cabinet and I only had my Outback which barely fit a Missile Command. I went back yesterday and picked up my game. She is a bit dirty but fully working and definitely a good price, I'm very pleased. Unfortunately there is no manual but it did have a sheet for the dip switches and one mentioning it is just an addendum to a Cheyanne manual.
