lots of past posts, but no clear answer, if there even is one. ultimate arcade with a hanaho hotrod board( has sd card). it works fine, but the sound is out. all connections/speakers good. is there any kind of plug and play replacement. the owner has no skill in remapping buttons, etc.

thanks

Is this the Ultimate Arcade with a pc or Ultimate Arcade 2 with just the jamma board?
Have you hit the service button and gone through the diagnostics? There is a volume level adjustment

edit: looks like the UA2 stand alone pcb. not seeing the trackball harness threw me off. Also, they usually show UA2 on the sticker. Havent seen one with UAP.
Maybe check to make sure you have 12volts.
How many games are on this pcb? They usually come with 100, but could be 125 or more if this has added games

has 12 volts. its around 100 games. dont know for sure, , just tried to get sound. its a jamma board, cabinet says ultimate arcade, no 2 after it.

Hi, that's the Ultimate Arcade 2+ PCB, which is the same thing as the Ultimate Arcade 2 but has a different cabinet golden tee style cab. There is Arcade legends 2 PCB for sale on eBay (not mine) that I believe is a direct replacement and it has 125 games. I've had a lot of these over the years and I haven't had any problem with the audio so I'm not sure that that this would fix it.
