FS Game: Chicago expo pins for sale?

Just one response? Hopefully more show up, although some hard core pin guys may stay on pin dedicated forums.

when is this expo? i haven't been in a couple years.
How was it last year? Worth the drive?

Expo is NEXT WEEK!! Starts on Thursday.

I think it's making a comeback. It had some lean years of lots of EMs and the new Sterns were behind a velvet rope so you couldn't try them and now with so many new companies making them, there are a lot more to play and a lot more mods/products to buy.

I saw games like Batman66 and Big Lebowski, but couldn't play them. But lots of the others like Dialed In I got to try for the first time. Then I quickly figured out why there wasn't a line for Dialed In....

So, yeah, I think it's worth the $25 to go and play some games you'll never buy (or maybe can't afford) and it's always fun to see people you sort of know though the communities.

AND if you have any arcade games that you're selling and could haul to Expo, speak up about that too!

I am 6hrs away so it isn't that easy.
Played Batman at the Pinball HoF in LV last week. Really fun. I'm biased on the theme but I found it to be great.
Played Aerosmith and the other new Stern line up at NY-NY. Didn't like Star Wars but thought Aerosmith had good action. Not as fun as Metallica but decent.

I was last at expo the year Lebowski was debuted. The lines were long and they totally smoked Stern and JJP for outright cool....and that marketing guy was such a fabulous doosh. It all just fit perfectly to the theme of the game. I wondered whatever happened to that title.

Yes it's next week at the north shore Westin in Chicago. I went last year and the best part for me was the vendors, lots of manuals and parts. Made picking up odds and ends easy and no shipping :) got a new top glass for my pin for $25. took the family and the boys liked it, wife discovered she liked attack from mars :) I might have my atari roadblasters available to bring if I get it working. Pretty sure the rectifier and big blue need replacing. Parts on order through arcade shop.

no line for dialed in? They had multiple games there last year after the reveal and constantly had people playing 4 player games with at least one more group waiting for each machine.
