finally picked up a cherry master over the weekend, so I can mark that off my list. I was told that it worked last time it was in use (and verified by my brother in law), but it wouldnt load when I went to pick it up. When I pulled and went over the board, I found the cap at c35 had a broke leg, and c34 is missing completely, so I need to know what goes there. Also, what goes at 1a? (top right by the switch)
Many Thanks

that big circle is where a battery was at my friend, its something you might not want to put back on there. i have two corroded cherry master boards right now due to that, not fun at all

edit: it looks like you may have a ton of corrosion damage too, on the finger connector and around the caps and xsistors, you may want to neutralise and repair that.

I pulled my board from my Cherry Master... same as you have there. C34 on mine in a 1000uf @ 25V.

The battery was replaced with a .1F @ 5.5V super cap.

The voltages on these things are really weird, it has to be tuned in juuuuuust right or you get game play issues, or it just won't load. I think mine is running at about 5.2V, a smidge lower and the screen flashes when the slots reset. A little higher and the bonus stage (high/low doubler) doesn't work properly. YMMV.

I dont really think theres very much corrosion on this one, but its one filthy bastard. definitely got a good cleaning in its immediate future!
