Checkpoint, first game with a DMD, Auto race theme, lets you select one of 4 different music tracks, has a "speed trap" that tells you the "speed" of the ball. Not a bad game, not a great game. Rules are a little thin, most shots return to the left flipper, the three drop targets directly ahead of the flippers take a beating, the playfields are typically worn to death, and the cabinet paint planks bad (a Data East trait). Fun easy game for the non-pinball crowd, pinheads will find the lack of depth annoying quickly.
