Check out this BattleZone side Art!!!

my comment was not meant to offend anyone or devalue their machines, i have a BZ & a RB myself with a back-up boardset for each just to keep them going, and realistically in todays market i doubt i could get much more than 350-450 in these southern most parts for the BZ, would i sell mine for that? hell no, not at this moment & hopefully it will be a long time before i would want to sell either, and yes sometimes the parts are more valuble than the whole, we all know this .... space dual being a prime example

Items in picture are for photograph purpose only. Those were cut with the intent to cut out only the graphic for application to a unit that has been redone in white formica sides. The sideart that will be shipped will be 36 inches wide and long enough top to bottom to do complete sides of the game.

What the seller is saying is that the set that is pictured has been cut down already.(white area cut down that is)
The set that is being sold will NOT be cut down any and will replace a full cabinet side.

They are also selling a restored BZ with "new sideart".

So this all tells me the seller has printed and will probably continue to print more of this sideart.

$400.... nah.

me not tink is large enough to cover the full sides of a battlezone, appear pretty short in area above & below to cover full sides

I thought that was a man, or a horse.

I sold my last good-condition working BZ for not much more that that + a little for delivery (and that was 180 miles one way btw) to a fellow member a few years ago...

BTW - the blue overlay was temporary so I could see what it looked like. I changed it back to green. I also fixed the other coin door light...

Here it is with new owner Matthew Broderick:

EDIT - Sorry, Sarah Jessica told me to get her man's picture off the internets...

look closely at the "restored" BZ, is that an original Big Blue?

400 is WWAAAAAYYYYY too much
and is only pricing it like that because its not currently avaiable ANYwhere
These ebay auctions kill me no description of how its printed and sale for double or sometimes more
I can tell you its definatly not SCREEN.
2 reasons if it were he say so. and the colors arent bright enough.

and if I had a vector file Id inkjet that for half that Price.

I've always wanted to know what kind of magic printer Archer has. Last I knew it was a standard issue epson inkjet wide format waterbased printer, i've seen the results and they are really no different than mame marquees save a little better color matching. The prints Rich does are much more vibrant. Inkjet is inkjet, no amount of hocus pocus changes that or somehow makes it more expensive. 'Thicker' is just a wierd way of saying laminated.

Archer is someone from the UK that used to inkjet years ago.
and only did a had full of projects that no one else had (or at least at the time)
Black Widow, Armor Attack, Major Havoc, etc.
and I believe Proks right its laminated water based print
Archer even recently claimed his inkjets were better than the Silkscreened.
when we were working on Major Havoc/Space Duel Cpos and asked for his help
before Scott found the films.

but NO inkjet is worth $400 bucks

Looks like I better start scanning this BZ art Ive had here at the shop for the last 2 years:D

Pretty old website I assume he doesnt sell his art anymore?

The last time I talked to him (after he broke his foot and moved to the States) he still had a bunch of things available, but wasn't making new stuff...
