The Pac Man art on those Nikes, from the text to the graphics, are all ripped from the crappy flash version you can find anywhere online these days. If it was original art I would consider it.

All this dude's shit is ape'd from somewhere, I don't see anything he's actually drawn. I'm pretty much positive those photos are not actual finished shoes but a "rendering" or "photoshopped" final product. Either way I'd demand seeing an actual picture of the shoes before I bought them. I'd also be curious as to how he's making these because there's a set of Fable 3 shoes that I'm calling bullshit on hand-painting in any capacity.

This article answered a couple questions:

Damn it I'm still thinking about these shoes, they are "special", they are too expensive, and I haven't owned a shoe that wasn't vans since I was 6. My arcade addiction is really starting to get in the way.

Yeah same Issue I wore Vans all the time. Then in the last few years the quality of the shoes went down so bad I stopped buying them. Last pair I bought lasted about 6 months. I still have Vans that are over 10 years old that I haven't totally worn out yet (work shoes). I still haven't found a good replacement shoe company yet they all fall apart after 6 months now.

So I'm not crazy that my vans are dying quicker? Hmmm, I've been thinking that I've just been abusing them. Damn that sucks, I've always liked my vans but I really need to find a better brand.

No your not, Last pair I got the Right shoe just totally unsewed itself from the rubber bottom. I can't even use them for work shoes really but I'm still determined to get a year out of them.

The OS sneaker is about the most robust shoe out there and they are incredibly comfortable.
