Cheap source for replacement EPROMS for Street Fighter II': Champion Edition?

This past weekend I tried to rebuild a couple stripped out Street Fighter II': Champion Edition PCBs, between them they had enough parts to make one set. After hours of looking over pictures, databases, and testing I have given up. I have all of the chips in the right place but it does not boot.

I think I need good EPROM burns of these three:
s92u_23a.8f
s92_22a.7f
s92_21a.6f

Is there a shop online that specializes in de-converting Thunder/Rainbow hacked Street Fighter II': Champion Edition PCBs that would sell these three EPROMs for cheap?

Would I be better off just trying to find a cheap working Street Fighter II': Champion Edition PCB? (Probably so, I don't know if the "C" board works either...)

Define "cheap"

Also, it would help to know what chips those were supposed to be programmed onto.

I have a tag on the set marked Thunder Edition, and I have an extra mask ROM with a couple hacked off legs that plugs into location 20 on the EPROM board. I'm thinking it would probably be better to buy a fully working CE and then I could swap chips around to find the bad ones. I would then end up with a backup set instead of potentially throwing money away on this set as it is...

I have about 6 of these boards with various problems. I'm sure, I can pull you a stock set of chips. Let me know,
