Honestly it was super easy. You're dealing with early 80's technology so everything is huge and simple. It took me about an hour and I'm not exactly a master with a soldering iron.
Thanks to Souzilla for this hack. It works great. I created a video of the working of the game and how the hack looks because I couldn't find one when I was deciding if i wanted to hack my board or not. This was really simple to do and the parts were much cheaper than buying a multi pac kit.
