I'm going to be needing a lot of 2114 ram chips at some point for my Pacman boards (10 or more PCB's) and my Omega race boards (4 PCB's). Is there anything close to equivalent to this series of chips that I could pick up cheap? At this point I don't even care if the chip pin out is a little different I will make it work so long as the chips are cheap and reliable.

I'm also going to need an AD561JD form my omega race board is there a cheaper equivalent to this chip I have seen them for like $20 each.

I have tons of 2114 pulls, let me know how many you need and I will give you a good price.

I also have 6114 which is a faster cmos version of 2114.

There are no subs that I know of for the AD561JD. I sold the last few I had last year.

So do you just have pulls of the 2114 or both? Does it make any difference? and will Omega race like them or should I just go with the 2114 for those boards? As far as I can see there is a hell of a mixture of 2114 chips on the Omega race PCB's I have. I didn't see any 6114's but one board had AM9114 on it. I will try and get an exact count on these tomorrow if I get a chance after all this snow removal. Oh and are any of these pulls tested or is it just a grab bag?

I have 3 of the 561s here.

How much you charging for 1, I was looking didn't see then on you web page. But its also late and I don't really have the energy right now to look again LOL.

I have new 2114 in stock also but you said cheap so I suggested the pulls. Most of them came off pac boards I have repaired. If I find a bad ram I just replace all of them. The bad ones go in the trash and the others I sell as pulls. I dont keep any of the TI ones with rot legs, they go in file 13 also. So yeah they are untested but should be good. I would have to check but I should have around 3-400 of the pulls.
I only have new 6114. Got a good deal on them a while back and bought a couple thousand of them.
The 6114 work good in place of 2114 in most cases. I have had a few boards that just wouldnt run on them but run fine on regular 2114.
The 9114 is a std 2114.
