Hi, can anyone I.D this chassis? Is in an Operation Thunderbolt machine in Australia. Tube has a Phillips sticker on it and thats all I can find. Looking for horizontal and vertical trims, picture is too high and cuts off players scores. Thanks

I think you are correct, never thought of that, thats why there is a separate box with controls on it but it only cycles thru brightness, contrast and color. No V or H hold.

Thanks to tomsero for getting me trolling the net for this .FYI it a Phillips tube with a Panasonic TX-29D1D chassis. Apparently to set screen size you need the remote, which I dont have but are available. Mystery solved.

Please explain…
It was adapting a non-arcade chassis and tube to an arcade function. Not something typically done.

Extra connectors stubbed in, sections (tuner) left in place / abandoned.

Ahhhh, but you must understand that in Australia 2nd hand parts like arcade monitors are non existent and if you can find one you are paying stupid money. We don't have the parts base you guys have sadly, I currently have 3 PCB's being fixed in the US cause no one fixes them here. If this game hadn't been fixed it would have ended up at the tip. I have Sprint 2 I rescued from a similar fate cause no one can fix a Motorola XM 702 monitor. Soon as you say B/W monitor they run 🤣 Thank god you repair guys over there are fixing this vintage stuff.

Suggestion:
Look at the Randy Fromm videos.

Pick up CRT repair in Australia. That, or pay to move me and my games there.

The former is cheaper than the latter.

1. Zero CRT parts base.
2. Where do you wish to live? Up North where everything tries to bite, sting, or eat you? Or down South with me? 🤣

1. You always can use Arcade Parts & Repair or most of the other places that will ship internationally.
2. South. BSE - that's no fun when making arcade repairs. Those no-seeums pack a wallop, and are nasty when you are trying to discharge a CRT.

Huh wonder what it would cost to ship a 25" tube to Australia and the odds of it surviving the journey lmao

Shipping costs to Australia are ridiculous, sometimes shipping is more than the product you buy…but if you want/need it what ya gunna do? We also now have "tariffs" shipping to the US…hmmmm. "
I doubt the tube would make it intact 🤣

Yes we are but for some reason every item we mail to you has to be checked to see if it comes under the 10% baseline tariff introduced on 9th April. I recently sent a PCB there for repair but because it was originally made in the USA it didn't….confused? Cause I am 😂
