I was given a tube and yoke from a 27in Korion KME-2935V. It looks nice and dosnt have any burn, so id like to try and get some kind of chassis and if needed, tube for it. Anyone know what might work? Anything that will go right on this tube? Anything I can put in if I swap the tube? Monitors are my weak spot in knowledge (if you havnt guessed that by now :-D ) Id love to get a dual / tri res chassis, and a std res would be nice to. med res would still be ok, but the only place I could use it id have some work to do to fit it in :)

Thanks!

Uh oh, if you dont know, then im really in trouble!

Its a samsung tube, any chance a different yoke / chassis would be compatible with it? Anything I can try and check to verify compatibility?

VGA resolution yokes are usually very low resistance/impedance.

I have to assume that Korion follows most other manufacturers in the fact that a "V" suffix on the model number indicates VGA resolution only chassis.

Alright, When I get home from work ill try and look for a model number on the samsung tube portion. Maybe something else can be put on it if I remove the yoke. If not, I guess ill pass it on to anyone who might want it for what I paid - free!

At one time, Alva Amusement was distributing the Korion chassis in several versions. I don't know if they still do.
