Changed the orientation of a WG4600 in a Capcom cabinet and now the door won't fit...
Changing the orientation of a horizontal monitor in a Capcom cabinet is fairly simple. Unscrew the wooden mount, pull the monitor and rotate.
I went and changed the orientation to vertical on my Capcom cabinet. The monitor is a WG4600. Once I changed it the door no longer fits.
One option is to cut a hole in the door to make room for the chassis and mount a Midway style back bubble (Gorf, Ms. Pac Mini) to make it fit.
Are there monitors with shallower/narrowerchassis frames that will work better than a 4600? The neck board appears to clear the back, it's just the frame.
