Chad at Arcade Cup / Monitor Boss

I've used Chad's service about 6 times now, and each and every time has been better than the last. Most recently, I sent him a nightmare of a job; two monitor chassis, both wrecked and robbed, and asked him to put them together to make one working 27K7502 med res chassis. He received the parts from me, and I was #25 on his list. I expected to see the chassis early Jan 2010. He IM'd me a few days ago and said it was ready. The price he charged me was far below what I expected for such a nightmare job.

If anyone has monitor issues, do yourselves a favor, send them to Chad in Green Bay! He is not your typical turpentine-drinking, drunken Sconnie! (Yes, I'm a Vikings fan) He is THE MAN!

As much grief I've given Chad from time to time... the guy is a solid vendor... always ships quickly on payment... always packs properly and his parts, thus far, have always worked out of the box for me. A++ in my book.

I'm patiently waiting for my first job completion to give a full eval, but his communication so far has been excellent...and the fact that he posts updates on his Website regarding your spot in line is awesome.

I had Chad work on a really messed up Killer Instinct 2 pcb for me. I had literally fried part of it by plugging it into a messed up cabinet, and I didn't think anybody'd really mess with it because it had surface mount chips that had burnt off the board. On top of that, I attempted to fix it myself, so it had an even bigger mess in the affected area.

Chad checked it out, fixed it, shipped it back quickly, and charged me a fair price. Damn thing looks great now, Chad's the man, even on surface mount extremely tedious stuff. Great guy.
