Will a CGA LCD monitor perform, when installed, like a CGA/CRT monitor?
I got a Jamma setup that doesn't perform well when a CGA TOVGA converter is used.

It only works when hooked up to a true CGA monitor.

Anyways, I was under the impression that there were different types of LCD screens out there.
and after purchacing a vga lcd with a converter, and finding that it didn't work, lead me to believe that a cga lcd might.

The seller claims that Disney uses them, and that they are commonly used to convert Pacman from there original crts.

I'm still trying to get this gamebox to display on an lcd, and it only takes true CRT like the wells gardner that's in there now.

Thanks for any help.

CGA LCD? No such thing, not over ~9" anyway. Every arcade-made LCD I've seen has a native res of XGA or even higher and was a multisync that just scaled the input.
