No luck on even some leads as to where to get cardboard repros. I've talked to a few of my printer friends, but to get the inside hole cut out would require a die charge
. I'd be happy to hand-cut the hole for the monitor, but then these would have to be shipped flat- making shipping a bit more expensive. Any thoughts??

In that case, the photopaper one will work. I can get some posterboard from WallyWorld and I've got a can of 3M spray adhesive around here somewhere. If I wasn't sure that it would look like a** I'd spray the front of the photopaper and mount it to the back of a piece of plexi. But as long as it has something to help it from folding down, it would be good for me.

OK, it looks like these will be high quality photopaper reprints that will need to be mounted by you. I'll be mounting mine on my crappy original bezel. So far, the following people want one:

The photopaper reprints would be fine by me. I'd like to try something similar with the Gyruss bezel, only with fluorescent coloring, if that is possible.

OK guys- high quality photo reprints of the Time Pilot bezel will be $35.00 shipped. They will be trimmed to fit an original Time Pilot Centuri cab (23 5/8 x 22 5/8 inches) with the middle monitor opening cut out and shipped rolled in a USPS Priority Mail tube.
