centipede side art. good deal or too good to be true!

I guess I do not know what this means. What are the pros and cons. Does it look like the original? Please clarify.

You have inkjet prints and Silkscreen printed. Silkscreened products are a much better print where inkjet will appear not as vivid and you can see the pixels in alot of cases.

I think PhoenixArcade has some really, really cheap Centipede sideart that's silkscreened. They printed up a ton of it, I believe to get the price down.

You should've kept the money local and supported Rich @ thisoldgame.com. He could've printed you up a set of solvent inkjet which is what you most likely just purchased.

True, I could and always try to help out my local Pacs :D
but in this case its what seperates the men from the boys
and generally dont inkjet anything than can be purchased silkscreened
in this case PhoenixArcade

so for those new to the game that dont know SILKSCREENED printed
is/was how it was orginally done 99% of the time
in some cases like Journey, Tron, and Spyhunter (more full color photo-type art)
it was offset printed.

and NONE of the arcade art BITD was ever inkjetted.
InkJets are ok when theres no other solution or as a temporary fix
But unfortunatly sometimes (esecially on Ebay) its hard to tell
since they never list it in their descriptions
but if it or any of they're art were SCREENED
theyd be sure to tell you that.

just food fight for thought

have no ideas what your talking about maybe PM your name and order #
so maybe I can look it up

and as stated on the website, most orders ship within 2-3 weeks

That seller is fairly new. I think he bought a printer a few months ago and just started making and selling side art. He consistently lists Tron sets for $100 shipped. I'm sure its inkjet, but it cant be too bad if you look at his feedback. Let us know how it goes.

I will get ahold of you Rich. I am in OC on a regular basis and would rather buy local if I can. It is; afterall; enviromentally responsible :)

I will contact the seller on these because I want the original style.
