I have an orig centi that will not fully boot. The board is reading 4.7v at the 5v and 25v at the 20v locations.. after the unit wars up, the test screen will come up with random code letter and number son the right side of screen. When placed into the play mode, there will be a brief moment when the little aliens things fill the screen, than it goes to a VERY pix-elated high score screen.. Most times I only get a solid blue screen. any ideas on how to fix this would be great

Two things have you tried to adjusting the pot on the A/R board to bring the +5 to the correct voltage. As always, a picture would help a lot.

Reseat all chips

I would start by reseating all chips. I have found several with pin corrosion that causes boot problems.

I would definately bump the 4.75 volts up. It has an adjustment pot (as mentioned)...Set it to 5VDC-5.15VDC. The 25 volts is normal. It's an unregulated line....and FYI, it's actually labeled at 22 volts (not 20).
