I moved all the guts from a complete working donor cab over to my restore and didnt notice until it was a little late the following picture. Notice the 2 small wires stripped and jammed into the socket.

I couldnt replicate this hookup as i didnt really pay that much attention to it. Ive examined under the PS and everything and when i plug that into the PS it is blowing the 7A slow burn fuse. I havent got my multimeter out yet but kinda figured i would ask for a quick explanation of what this guy was doing.

I am going to say he was doing something that he probably shouldn't... When I get home from work I can take a pic of my Centipede if no one beats me to it. Should be pretty easy to identify from a pic.

I removed those black stray wires u see in picture and properly plugged it in and now im burning up every 7amp fuse i put into the slow burning fuse holder. ive traced and everything seems to be properly grounded.

He was using it to get rid of the switches in the cabinet. I BELIEVE youv'e got the power switch on the bottom left wired backwards. looks like you have white connecting to black and black connecting to white, double check all that.

After blowing 2 fuses i was disappointed and decided to put it up for the night. i may get it out friday and saturday to work on it. I will need to follow the schematics and find out where the initial problem was. The switch or the back door isnt wired so ill rewire that to see if i can fix the issue. Maybe im missing a ground somewhere

Oh i forgot. that picture is from his wiring. I didnt share my replication. Ill get a picture of mine and post it.

I need help on how this switch should be wired. Still blowing fuses and yes, i havent worked on this in 2 years :(

Worked a bit on it last night and it's blowing my breaker on my panel as well as the fuse. I have traced everything and still cant locate the problem.

Although i dont want to do this because this setup was verified working when i bought the donor centipede, i was thinking of just putting in a switcher but with all that wiring, i dont know where i would begin. Im new to power on arcades beyond just changing fuses.
