There is a vertical linearity (should be marked as VLIN) control on the G07 that you might try to adjust. That combined with the vertical height adjustment might sort out the slightly squished part on the right side (on Centipede, the monitor is actually on its side, so the monitor's vertical axis is the left-right axis on the game). For centering, there is a little wire that connects to one of three tabs to center the horizontal and another one for the vertical (best to turn the monitor off before trying this adjustment and don't be disappointed if it doesn't move the image a whole lot). But honestly, it looks pretty decent to me.
A yoke problem would either show up as having the entire image at a crooked angle, or the colors would be off in certain areas, neither of which I see in those photos. Don't mess with your yoke at all.
