thanx for your help

oh yeah i did check the fuses and they all look fine and even replaced them one by one to see if that helped

You have Horizontal collapse, and the problem is most likely on the Horizontal/Vertical card of your 4600 monitor.

I would start with a cap kit first, and report back after it is done.

no , its a wells gardner k4600 with a zenith tube , it would be a k71 series if the wg chassis was made by zenith. the chassis is the important part, the tube is secondary and easilly replaced with the same pin configuration. try re-flowing the solder on the daughter card pins

The monitor that you have is repairable for roughly $20 in parts or less. SC has clarified it pretty good, it is a Well Gardner 19K4600 and the tube only is a Zenith.

i recapped it and still have a green line across the screen.whats the next thing i should check?

Try wiggling the two daughter cards on the chassis while watching the monitor. If the picture expands then you need to reflow the solder on their connection point of the main board.

I've also found a problem with one of the nearby diodes to be bad and cause that issue, too...
