No, the Centipede upright and cabaret use different harnesses. If you have any good pictures showing the connectors and lengths, I should be able to tell.are they the same?
Curious Scott, other then wire being longer for an upright could this still work in a cabaret?Nixs, thanks for the pictures. That looks like an upright harness to me, but we can confirm that if you'll post the part number on the green tag by the board header connectors (shown in the last picture).

Yes, it can be made to work. However, the differences in the harnesses are more than just cable lengths. For example, the 19" cabarets all mount the volume pot and service switch on a metal plate above the coinbox. It's been a while since I have seen the inside of a Centipede UR to see if these are mounted to the inside of the cabinet, behind the coin door (this is how the Tempest upright is, except the service switch is on the coin door). Further, this means the coin door Molex plugs are different, again as they are in a Tempest upright.Curious Scott, other then wire being longer for an upright could this still work in a cabaret?
Thanks for the info Scott, I just bought a converted cabaret & feared the worst.Yes, it can be made to work. However, the differences in the harnesses are more than just cable lengths.
