centipede colors

well thats what i did, and this is what happened, are they supposed to be all on the same level, or it can be on different levels, the should be on mediumly levels??

They should all be somewhere between the lowest setting and the highest setting, but not all the highest.

There should be 5 or 6 knobs on the neckboard depending on the monitor. There should be R Drive, R Cutoff, G Drive, G Cutoff, B Drive, and B Cutoff. Some don't include a Red Cutoff. None of them should be 100% of the way off, unless your chassis needs a cap kit or the tube needs a rejuvenation.

my monitor is a g07 electrohome 13 inch, theres to knobs seperated from the other 3 which are focus, and brightness,
the 3 others are red green bluee
and what do you mean by way off mean

Sorry. I meant all the way ON. All the knobs should be set somewhere in the middle.

There should be 5 knobs total on the neckboard of a G07 13in. Green Drive and Red Drive are on one side, the Blue Cutoff, Green Cutoff, and Red Cutoff are on the other side. The neckboard is the small board that connects to the neck of the monitor tube.

There are typically two adjustments for each color: a drive and a cutoff. The drive affects objects on your screen that are the color of the knob you are adjusting. For instance, if the life bars on your Street Fighter II arcade game are not red enough for your liking, you would want to adjust the red drive. You can think of the cutoff more like the "tint" on your monitor. If there are no red objects on your screen but you see sort of a reddish tint on your monitor then you need to adjust your red cutoff.
