Centipede Cocktail Manual

Does anyone have a url to a Centipede Cocktail manual or know where I could buy one other than on ebay? I have the regular/upright manual from arcadedocs.com, but would like to see the exact cocktail parts list.

Another question...In general, can upright schematics drawings and other technical/PCB info be used when working on a cocktail version of the same game? Obviously, cabinet parts are different, but what about the electronic pieces?

Mostly, upright and cocktail PCB's are the same, but there are some games that used different types of boards (such as the nintendo 2-board or 4-board versions).

I love this! thanks a lot! I know this is old, but I just came across it by chance; these schematics are sometimes so tough to piece together, I love a PDF for the full sheet!
