Alright. Spent a little more quality time with my Centipede Cabaret tonight and made it functionally 100% finally. Trackball has been rebuilt and works perfect.
Since I brought the game home, I have done the following to the monitor:
Cap Kit with Bob Roberts upgrade
New Width Coil
New (well, technically used) Tube
Resoldered nearly everything
Rebuilt video connector
New fuse with changeable fuse holder extension
Flyback previously replaced by original owner, but not the original.
Cosmetically, it is in superb shape. The monitor has some Defender burn in (long story...) but it does not distract me. If it doesnt distract me, it certainly wont distract you! There are a couple small flakes on the bezel, but I have a hard time noticing them. There is only one other blemish and that is on the right side where it has been touched up. The two lockbar holes in the front have since been replaced with black carriage bolts and looks a ton better. I will try to get more recent pics later. CPO is not original, but still in great shape. All 3 New locks, 2 new coin lights.
Now heres the deal....I am going to start at $500. Of course, I will consider any offers and dont worry about insulting me with lowballing. You wont. However, if I get $500, I will order a brand new Centipede CPO from ArcadeShop and put it on. That way, when you see it, it will be 95% like new. But like I said, I am open to offers of whatever. I already have a full size Centipede, so theres no reason for me to be hogging them all
