Picked up this Centipede cabaret a while ago, so far I've recapped the board, power supply, AR II, monitor and rebuilt the trackball. I'll probably swap in a milipede board at some point if I can find one for a reasonable price so I can put in one of those multi-game mods.
Didn't really like the fact it had no marquee light though, which I understand was left out so Atari could cut costs with these. So to remedy this I got an 18" under cabinet led light from home depot, mounted it on a small piece of wood in the cabinet and then powered it via an unused 120V out on the power brick.
Fixture I put in is about 3000K color temp, which is about what old flourescent fixtures would have been.
Might go back and make a shade for it out of fish paper, or move the light back a bit more. When the lights are out in the room you can see a bit of light coming through the edges around the control panel.
