I think i need to change the 1K Ohm Vertical PCB-Mounting Cermet Trimpot (R8) on the ARII Board for my Centipede cab as it seems to only work if I put pressure on the trimpot itself. I have been looking for the right part but the part numbers in the manual are obsolete (19-315102 or 119002-102). Does anyone know where I can find this part or have an example of one so I can track this thing down. I am a complete noob when it comes to electronics (although I can handle the soldering) and want to make sure that I use the correct part so I do not screw anything else up in the process. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I dont remember the value of the pot but I know I ordered one from Bob Roberts for that board. It should say how many ohms that pot is in the manual ?

look here, see P1117 ? That will work

He has a couple different 1k ohm pots, i like the one that sits flat and won't get broken off.

Thank you, that helps alot, should this be a single turn? Or does that really matter?

It doesn't really matter, but here is my opinion:

Single turn gives you easy ability to change value greatly with a little bit of movement. This is great for something that you change often, like the volume control on a radio in a car.

For this application, I would want greater degree of control so would avoid a single turn pot.
