Well....
When i start playing, there´s nothing wrong, but after a while (10-60 sec) some of the mushrooms becomes letters, and they cant be shot... then i switch to test mode, and everything is ok.
I start playing again, and the same problem occur.. wth???

I have reseated alle the removeable roms, but it´s not helping... :(

When the letters starts to come on the screen, i enter the Self test, and there´s no errors, when i exit it again, there´s nothing wrong for 10-60 sec, and then the whole senerio repeats it self.....

there´s a -5V that shovs -2V on the AUX board...

got an esr meter? or another machine with a big blue you can swap into this machine?

esr meter?? big blue??
pls explain...

An ESR meter will measure the A/C voltage present on a D/C line. Another way to tell if you have A/C in your +5VDC is to look at the screen and listen to the game very closely. If you see a dark bar traveling across the screen (left to right or right to left) and hear a "hum" in the speakers you have AC voltage in your +5.

Big Blue = that filter cap in the transformer assy. Some one a long time ago called the stupid cap Big Blue and it stuck.

Oops.. An ESR meter checks caps... I was going for an RMS meter...

an esr meter checks electronic capacitors to see if they are working correctly or if they have "dried up" do not check big blue with out properly discharging it first as you can kill a meter with the charge that should be held in it.

and here is more info on big blue
