Im not sure if this is a monitor or power issue. everything seems to work except that the monitor wont start up, there is power going to it. on the power brick i wasnt getting any power through the fuses that i put red lines next to. i swapped the power supply with a working one from a millipede and nothing. im not a professional, but ive tried everything i could think of. any ideas? help bring this centipede back to life.

check your monitor plug to see if your getting 120 volts. Some pics of the monitor would help

There is usually a interlock switch that will turn off power when the back door is opened. It is usually white. I don't really know cabs that well but that would stop power going to your boards. Usually, you can pull the white pin out (towards you) and test.

Again, I don't really know that cab but it might be worth checking. Look for some type of switch that would be affected when the back door is opened/closed.

The op says everything turns on except the monitor. The interlock switch would not allow anything to turn on

Well I have seen some really bad hack jobs and all kinds of rewiring but you are right.

In that pic above there is not much to what I see there just a transformer and fuses not much there. The transformer could be bad but that usually doesn't happen and I will bet there is no power input to that transformer.

the game pcb is blinking i can hear buzzing coming from the brick, the monitor just wont click on. seems to have power going to and through it the fuses are good on the monitor as well. if i can fix it he will give me a fully working ms pac.

Can you coin up and hear sounds?

That would tell you that the board is working and the monitor is not. I am not familiar with the cabs or monitors and have not really played with mine much. You might want to post a thread in the monitor section about this issue. They could help you better than I. I tend to stay busy working on the boards. They are easier to store and ship.

Man. The monitor isn't turning on. You know that. Why would you think it would be anything other than the monitor? How did you check the fuses? If you have a multimeter to check the fuses, use that same multimeter to check (like people told you about 3 times) to see if you're getting 120v to the monitor. After you check that, post back what you found out.

if you checked the fuses by just looking at them, then you fucked up and the one on the monitor is blown even though it looks fine.

It was just a question in order for me to learn something that I am very interested in I need to know the answers and to know I need to ask right?

Anyways I fixed the issue thank you for those that helped :)
