I finally got my unit up and running but there is an existing security code that is locking me out of the adjustments. Is there a way to reset back to original factory settings so I can just use "0000" to get in? Thanks.

Remove the CCC unit from the machine. Now remove the battery from the CCC for about five minutes (probably need to unsolder it).

Reinstall the battery into the CCC. Reinstall the CCC. Power up and unit should say Defaults Loaded.

Now it's restored to factory settings.

Good to see you back, Ken. I don't know the answer to this, but someone posted in another thread about entering 0 and 1 and cycling the power to restore factory settings. Does that reset the passcode too? And in the "I'm just being a wiseass category", I wonder how long it would take to try every number from 0000 through 9999, or does everybody use 1234 for the passcode?

You HOLD DOWN the 1+0 while powering the juke up ( use the slide switch ). Not sure if that restores the passcode. Removing the battery like Ken suggests WILL work.

0000 is factory passcode.

I appreciate the help. I ended up desoldering/re-installing the battery to get the unit to reset. I did not try the 1 + 0 technique so I can't comment on if that works or not. Removing the battery definitely does the trick! Thanks gain.
