Per tradition, I'll be bringing my Ms. Pac Mini but I don't anticipate bringing any more this year. I'll be spending more time enjoying booze and relaxing instead of running around like a headless chicken this year. The stress of bringing games to the last two shows cut into my enjoyment of the event, and I don't want to feel stressed on vacation this year.

But who knows, my sentiment may change closer to the event.

***UPDATE!***

I will also be bringing my Food Fight cocktail. So Food Fight Cocktail and Ms. Pac Man mini. Should be a good time!

Thanks guys!

I plan to bring my usual assortment of goodies, and maybe a couple more if needed.

For sure:

I, Robot
Quantum
Inferno
Joust 2
War of the Worlds
Indiana Jones (vid)
Food Fight
Asteroids (with Braze multikit)
PacMan (with the Level 255 hack)
Star Trek (with the Sega multikit (games and full sound))
Bosconian (mini)
Venture
Major Havoc (dedicated)
Qbert (with Doyle multikit)
Bubbles (with JROK board)
Zookeeper (with JROK board)
Mad Planets (with JROK board and new joystick innards so it should work well for this year :) )
Star Wars (with VectorLabs ESB kit)

If needed:

Boxing Bugs
Donkey Kong, Jr.
Tempest
Others?

Gonna be another fun show...we have (possibly) some very interesting things planned ;) !

There might be more based upon the show's needs, but my confirmed list is:

Escape From the Planet of the Robot Monsters
Gravitar
Gyruss
Karate Champ (this gets played constantly at CAX :))
Klax (cabaret)
Missile Command (cabaret)
Reactor
Shadow Dancer (new for this year!)
Tempest (Cocktail)
Xybots

If someone would have told me when I attended my first CAX that 3 shows later I'd be bringing 10 games to the event, I wouldn't have believed them. What a crazy addicting hobby!!

Hey! That Shadow Dancer sounds familiar! ;)

Yep!! Be sure to check it out and see how nicely it cleaned up. I did a tube swap (loved getting a monitor I didn't have to do a cap kit on -- woot!), so no more Operation Wolf burn, took off that gross plexi covering the CP, and spray painted the cardboard bezel so it's actually black again instead of a water-stained, sun-damaged grey. Treatment befitting the fact that it's one of my most-played games! I absolutely love the ninja dog action!

Ugggggh. This thread is punishing for those of us not able to make it...why did I click? Why did I click?

Up'n down
Vs. 10 yard fight
The Great Swordsman
zoo keeper

(kozmik krooz'r is a maybe)

Looking forward to another year... We're sticking with the trailer haul that has worked well the past few years to limit the work and damage to games, and maximize our enjoyment of the weekend. About six games, haven't checked in on the need yet, but likely to include:

Video Pinball
Congo Bongo
Pac-man mini
Galaga mini
Dig Dug cocktail

This makes me incredibly happy. I can't wait to check it out!!

Congo Bongo! Nice! I don't recall seeing a Congo Bongo at CAX recently! Looking forward to playing that!

I guess I can chime in again here...bringing my usual cadre of stuff, with some "twists" thrown in.

Can't say much about the "twists" at this time other than they are vector-game related :) .

Here's my game list:

PacMan (with the level 255 hack)
Zookeeper (with the JROK board)
Bosconian (cabaret)
Quantum
Qbert (Doyle multikit)
War of the Worlds
I, Robot
Mad Planets (JROK multiboard)
Star Wars (with ESB kit)
Joust 2
Indiana Jones (may switch to Peter Packrat as another exhibitor plans to bring his IJ)
Asteroids (with Blaze multikit)
Food Fight
Venture
Inferno
Major Havoc (dedicated)
Star Trek** (with VectorLabs multikit and multisound)

If needed:

Tempest
Joust
Boxing Bugs

**Bloody G08 monitor quit last week in the ST, but I'm working hard to get it going again in time. Fortunately, I have a spare G08 that works fine (knock on wood!) but I'm still hoping that the original can be fixed in time. Keep your fingers crossed!

Other fun surprises are currently in the works...look for either announcements or some will be full-on surprises to be unveiled at the show ;) .

Looking forward to another fun and crazy show!

SUPER excited for CAX 2018. Will be there with lots of new stuff.

•I've completely overhauled Crazy Otto with new woodgrain, new paint, and new refreshed art.
•Pac-Man & Chomp Chomp will return.
•Bringing a brand new, top-to-bottom scratch built Gaplus.

And my new project for 2018:

http://www.pacificarcades.com/pac-man-megamix.html

Over a year in the making, Pac-Man Megamix will be at CAX 2018! Play Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man and Jr. Pac-Man or mix and match games with full customization. Play in original 1:1 pixel graphics, new high-res sprites, or modern psuedo-3D reimaginings. Gameplay is practically 1:1 to original with original AI, bugs & quirks.

My good friend Dustin Friend is programming the game, I am developing the cabinet and artwork.

That pac remix is really cool Brandon ! Looking forward to playing it . Will the board be for sale at some point ?

Arkanoid Revenge of DOH (Have a coin up board coming to solve the free play issue)

Virtua Fighter
Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting (Big Blue)
Raiden DX X Raiden Fighter's Jet (custom cabinet I am working on, running Raiden DX and Raiden Fighters Jet on a switcher)

Possibly another Big Blue if I can get a monitor up and running. And possibly another Street Fighter II depending on if I can piece parts together in time.

If you're bringing a SF2, and it can run Hyper Fighting, ping me! I could use it for the Street Fighter tournament. :)

I'm hoping to make it this year. I'd be in the market for cabarets. Wacko is the only upright that would excite me. Pm me if you've got a cabaret for sale at cax. Thx
