My co-workers twin boys playing Double Dragon. So fitting...and awesome.

Marble Madness II. Rare, but not a very good game.

Older gun games and Bandido (Sheriff).

Bowling/Pool game. It resets the balls by tipping the playfield and then setting them up again much like a bowling lane. Very cool.

The Grid. It's there every year and it's very popular.

Warlords cocktail. Not sure if there were bets going on.

More cocktails.

Always loved this marquee art.

Absolutely beautiful Mortal Kombat cabinet running an Xbox 360. I believe it's officially licensed. There was a crowd around it all day. Ed Boon (designer) signed the marquee at the show.

back2the80s' Block-a-Shot. Simple game, but very fun. Prairied1ll0 humiliated me 38-14 while back2the80s and his friend laughed. It was humbling.

Waiting for group photo. Prairied1ll0 in KLOV shirt. pcolsen behind him. I believe that's Khabbi to the right. Jahwn with his back to Prairied1ll0's right.

p1899m's Exidy row. Hard Hat was having issues though as were many games. Luckily, there are guys who are able to resolve issues on the spot.

back2the80s Punch-Out!'s bottom monitor collapsed upon arrival. People didn't seem to mind too much.

Many more photos to come, but I hope this holds you guys off until I sort through and post more tomorrow. Video will take time for me to upload, so that probably won't happen until after CAX is over. Hopefully, it will be worth the wait as I walked the entire show flow in about 5-6 takes. I'll plan to post all my pictures to an online album for viewing then as well.

Dude these are great pictures and storyline to them great job! I had a blast at CAX with you guys!

Dude, it's not over yet! We still have tomorrow! :)

It helps that I only got maybe 2 hours of gaming in today and the rest hanging out, taking pics/video and watching the rest of the world play. I still have some gaming left in me to play another couple of hours tomorrow. Hopefully, there will be a smaller crowd as you definitely needed to wait to play games you really wanted to play. Man, if the trend continues this way, they'll need a bigger venue!

No NORCAL CAX train group photo was a FAIL. I blame it on TrevEB for being MIA at the group photo!!!!

For some reason it seemed like there was a larger crowd this year then last year's CAX? Every time I walked around it was pretty crowded and every row I walked it seemed like every game was being played by someone great turnout this year I'm ready for round 3 tomorrow hopefully it won't be as crowded.

I'm home now and I'll post some pics a little later. Most of mine are just random wide-shots of the room full of games. I would have taken some pics of people playing them but most of the folks I know didn't seem to spend much time in there playing games. :( Other than Jow and myself I mostly saw everyone in the lobby talking. Oh and Eric played quite a bit too. I don't know why I didn't think to take pics of them. Sorry.

Thanks for sharing all the pics! Totally random question, but did anyone happen to bring a Quadrapong cocktail this year or in the past? When I saw the all the cocktail games, especially, Warlords, it made me curious.

@sosage Dude, we were wondering where you were and were looking forward to meeting you. But to answer your response, that was my HF and that was Prairied1ll0's 3rd Strike. I believe the Medium Kick button has loose connectors and I'll need to tighten the screws on the joystick. I did notice someone playing on 2P and asked if the game was working fine and he said "yeah." I'll sort everything out when I get there later this morning. By the way, is your handle pronounced "so-sage" or "sausage"? :)

@djw90 Sorry, I just tried to get a mix of pictures in there. I'll be sure to post a few pictures of vectors. As Jehuie said, there is a Warrior, though I had a bit of trouble playing it. Not sure if there were issues or I just didn't know how to play. I'll shoot some pics of it as well.

@audiomidiman I didn't have someone take a group pic with my camera. Like I said, there were 4-5 cameras that were used so I'm sure someone, like vectorinvadr, will post it eventually. Though, you may have trouble seeing everyone in the pic. It was a large group.

@supergunguru I'll look again. I didn't really pay much attention to the cocktails.

Can someome post pictures of the vectors!!! Is there a Warrior at the show??

Hey Dan there is a Warrior here, pretty cool. Very playable, but it's one of the old games that are two player only. I finally figured out you have to stay away from the holes on the field!
Off the top of my head there is : Warrior, Rip Off, Speed Freak, Space Wars, Boxing Bugs, 4 player Eliminator, armor Attack, Star Castle, Tailgunner II cockpit!, for Ataris, I think they are all here minus Red Baron, the major havoc is a conversion but the spinner isn't working well, so it's unplayable.

Sorry I only have my phone, but here are pics.
