CAX 2011 Photo and Video Thread

Dang.... moving game errors or bringing bad games fail?

Wow, more pins:

And there's even more pins but I didn't take pictures of all of them...yet.

ROCK ROCK ROCKIN ROLLERGAMES
Someone grab the high score off that before it leaves?!?!?
Just curious to see how my score holds up!
Thanks

Thanks for posting pics. I was there last year, and was a KLOVer at the time (joined 1/14/10), but didn't know about any of the meetups. I'll try to be there in 2012. I've already met a few KLOVers in person at an auction in WI.

Thanks for all the pics. Please keep them coming. Look forward to seeing the KLOV group photo too.

I took a few pics but I forgot my camera cable. Oh well. And my phone takes lousy pictures.

lol....you ended up going. I knew you wouldn't be able to stay away.
Hopefully in my absence, someone will continue the women of CAX photo tradition.

Have fun everyone who made the show...you guys suck! :D

Won't be me! Not my style. Actually, I don't think I have a style.

Dude, we're trying to enjoy ourselves here. :D

Group photo went quickly and it was the biggest one yet. There were about 4-5 cameras (not mine). Vectorinvadr will probably post one.

I'm heading home soon so I'll post lots of pictures and video later tonight.

Sorry for the delay for anyone who was waiting. I left a bit later than expected and I have my daughter alone tonight and it took a while to get her down. Hopefully, I'll be able to get some content up before the site goes down for maintenance. Thanks for your patience.

Frizz playing Bubbles. I actually didn't get a chance to introduce myself, my man. You looked too engaged with your game. Your shirt is hilarious by the way.

Playing Whirlwind is actually refreshing in a stinky, hot, stuffy room.

Stern's Tron Legacy in action. Speakers outputting audio and a camera with large LCD display.

This was the sight of Prairied1ll0 and my JAMMA Taito row the whole day. I was a bit surprised, but I'm reminded how nostalgic these games are for people who don't own them or see them on location. As soon as we got there to finish setting up my Double Dragon, two guys were waiting and asking if the game was up and running yet. Awesome.

A couple of the vendors. I was able to pick up a NOS SF1 marquee for $5 and a working Rastan PCB for $25. There were definitely deals to be had depending on what guys were interested in.

Slackmoe, ThatGuy, TRONFREAK, back2the80s (& friend), Prairied1ll0 (& friend) eating lunch at Steven's Philly Cheesesteaks down the street. Great place to eat near the hotel.

Slackmoe's Circus Charlie. It's definitely a different experience playing on the dedicated cab and it got A LOT of play. The high score was 156K+ when I left.
