If this is not resolved to your satisfaction worse than the BBB is to file a complaint with the registrar of contractors in your state. This will really hit them hard because enough complants and they could lose their license.
Also what I found works best is to call a competitor company and quickly discuss the issues and ask them what your best options would be. I got a full vinyl replacement by just informing hte company about my intentions to follow the suggestions of their competitor. It was funny because I asked to speak with a Manager was asked why let me try to help you. I told them what I had to say was put on hold and then the next person I spoke with was the Vice President of the company. Now that was customer service because he did me right!!!!
