i have a carnevil game that is missing the green. The chasses is a Sharp Image SI-727R-DS I replaced the green resistor (q704) and that had no change on the outcome. I also conducted a color test by touching the red blue and green pins on the back of the neck board (GK) and green was completely gone. I hooked up the tube tester and found out that we had no emissions or high tracking. The HK short and G1 short were also inconstant and very very low. Does this mean my tube needs replaced or am i missing something here??

I'm no expert but I think your on the right track. did you rejuv? If you did not put the tester on I would think it could be the chassis but after bypassing that id say the tube is going.
thanks
