Well this was more work than I expected. Game was pretty beat up . Nearly 50 years old and it looks brand new. New playfield and all. Every switch and step unit and score reel cleaned. Not sure I would ever do another EM restore.

Is it an Over-The-Top?
Not sure what over the top is, but cleaning every contact in an EM with 1000 grit sand paper followed with rubbing alcohol is a lot of work. Also the coin door skin and stainless steel side rails are new, plastics are new, placards inside are new, targets are new, added titan rubbers, new leds, new flipper assemblies and coils etc. etc.

Bally made part of the production run with an "Over the Top" backglass. It's a much more rare version. Instead of having 100,000 point lights, it would have the words Over the Top on the backglass and when you rolled the game over, a buzzer would sound also.

Oh very cool. Mine buzzes and lights a 100,000 light.

That is some really nice work. The amount of time it takes to dis-assemble and clean all of those contacts is mind boggling. And populating a new playfield is no picnic. Very cool.
