I'm currently in the process of doing a First Gen Capcom Big Blue cabinet, seems to have all the original wires/jamma harness intact for the most part.

However I'm having a little trouble figuring out where the wire colors on the Volume up/down & Test switch buttons go to on the bracket.

I do have the bracket & wires for it, I'm just trying to figure out to which part of the switch they go to?

A few of the wires were pulled out of the bracket so not sure which color goes in..

Also where the end connector is supposed to go plug in or be powered up by?

I have seen a few service manuals
on pdf but nothing specific on which color wire goes to which connector on the brackets.

I'm more of a visual learner so if you have pictures of your cabinet Test/Sound bracket wires on switches that would be wonderful
pictures would be super helpful.

I think the volume up/down come off the extra wire/kick harness, which would have to be one of the fully populated ones possibly with player 3/4 support maybe.

I haven't bought those harnesses in a long time, like 10 years ago is an eternity ago for me. I want to say the guy that made them then was a user here but I can't search their name anymore.

That seems right that they're connected to a kick harness, i'll double check what I have again, but still need to figure out which color coordinate with which switch, I'm still digging to find but nothing yet especially on some of the capcom manuals.

I highly recommend a multimeter with a continuity test function to see where the leads terminate in the harness, and then to the jamma connector/game board.

For a CPS2 board, those are wired to the Kick Harness. Wires may be a different color, but here is the pinout.
